ZERO21 aims to play a pivotal role in pushing forward the Green Revolution. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, lowering carbon emissions, and enhancing the experience of both drivers and passengers, ergonomically, they strive to drive electric Three-Wheelers differently and cost-effectively, powering up on renewable energy.

Zero21 engaged Hello Colour to develop their brand messaging and establish guidelines for their staff. The project also included refreshing the company's logo, designing a range of visual assets for their vehicles as well as corporate and marketing materials.

Design Process

The project unfolded through a meticulous process, delivering a cohesive and impactful brand transformation:

Brand Audit:

Conducted a thorough assessment of Zero21's existing brand through a detailed questionnaire, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

​

Persona Chart:

Developed a persona chart to create a more empathetic and targeted approach to Zero21's communication. The persona chart was focused on understanding the target audience, align Zero21's product and services and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints. 

​

Research on Target Demographic, Competitors, Benchmarking:

Conducted in-depth research on the target demographic, analyzed competitors, and benchmarked against industry-leading companies to inform strategic decisions.

​

Brand Messaging Audit and Guidelines: 

Utilized a custom-made messaging questionnaire to understand the team's current language and messaging. These answers allowed us to formulate comprehensive brand messaging guidelines to maintain communication consistency across all platforms.

Visual Identity Audit and Moodboard: 

Conducted a comprehensive assessment of the existing visual identity, pinpointing elements for refinement. Subsequently, created a moodboard to capture the desired aesthetics and guide the rebranding direction.

​

Logo, Color Palette, and Typography:

Designed a new logo that embodies Zero21's essence, aligning with its values. Curated a strategic color palette and selected distinctive typography for brand recognition and readability.

​

Visual Asset Creation:

Designed 15 vector icons aligning with the brand identity. Curated a custom image bank, sourcing images for diverse uses including social media, brand marketing, corporate materials, and out-of-home advertising, while also managing licensing.

​

Visual Identity Guidelines:

Developed concise visual identity guidelines to ensure a unified rebrand across all touchpoints, fostering brand recognition and trust among the audience through various communication channels.
